St. Mark's garden party: a baby show, judged by Dr. G. Herbert, of Worksop, took place in the Henley Hall, at which the winners were: Roger Henshaw (11 months) and Jean-Pierre Clues (1 year). This was followed by an ankle competition, won by Mrs Chiney, and judged by churchwarden Mr V. Wright.
